Andrea Bishop

Andrea is a regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has advanced expertise in Canadian immigration policy, focusing on federal and provincial permanent residence programs, family and spousal sponsorships, study and visitor permits, LMIAs and work permits, corporate immigration, compliance and strategy, and admissibility issues.

Andrea holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies and Human Rights, with a minor in Criminology, from the University of Ottawa. She began her career at a boutique firm on their permanent residence team, and transitioned into corporate immigration when the firm was acquired by PwC Canada.

In 2015, Andrea joined Jones Immigration Law, a boutique firm offering strategic immigration and corporate commercial solutions for businesses and individuals. She worked closely with the company’s owner to learn the business’ operations, and when Jones Immigration Law announced they would be closing their doors, Andrea was eager to step into a leadership role and offer her services as an Immigration Consultant under the new title of Bishop Immigration.

Andrea is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients by providing expert advice and effective communication. She understands the importance of your immigration application, and celebrates as much as you do when your immigration goals are achieved.
